Would be great to integrate other communication channels as well like email, sms, whatsapp, instagram, facebook, etc..
This "Conversation" would show all the messages I get for my business and also I'll be able to write back through the messager I choose.
This way I would also be able to message a single contact without automation right from the dashboard

We use Anychat (similar to Manychat) as unified inbox and social automations (Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc).
I would suggest Ninjapipe to integrate deeply with such tool to connect contact messages, so that we can have the complete interactions of our contacts in one place, even the contact view.
If possible, the unified inbox (with email also), would be a nice idea also.
