Merge Contacts

Would love a way to merge two contacts. Sometimes, we may get a duplicate contact in the system. How do we handle it? It would be great to click a "merge" button, choose a contact to merge it with, a popup happens where you are presented with each contact on either side of the screen and you choose which value of each field to keep in the merged contact. Does that make sense?
