Multilingual NinjaPipe, forms & communication (FR/ES)

As we are operating from the Province of Quebec, we are required by law to have at minimum bilingual communication if French is not unilingual.
Plus, we are exploring expansion in Latin America & there's certainly a number of users that could need it translated in Spanish.

Multilanguage should be a priority as communication in the clients language is an essential feature & not a simple candy to please our eyes.
