Also add a webmail client within the crm associated with the specific registered user.
I am referring to salespeople who use crm to communicate with customers.
This function should be able to associate attachments and conversations with negotiations with customers.
Take a look at how bitrix24 works on this type of dynamic.
It is really powerful if you have a sales team.

This is really crucial, furthermore, each team member (e.g. of the sales team) with their own account must be able to link their e-mail account and the crm must keep track of conversations with customers of open deals in the pipeline and aggregate the messages to the corresponding deals.
Thus, for each deal we should see all customer communications, when and who sent them.
