Most email/click tracking is actually entirely incorrect, not offering the big picture of what's actually occurring in a campaign.
Most people will see useless numbers like "0.325" which makes them believe they suck at emailing, when in actuality, they're probably not too bad.
You can add this into email/SMS tracking on individual emails and list as a whole.
For ex:
=== (pretend it's an email)
underneath:
Clicks XXX, Opens XXX, Unique Clicks, Unique Opens, True CTR
Formula = unique clicks / unique opens

Never seen ANYONE do this and it would in-fact be actually unique to a platform, giving EVERYONE more confidence in their email skills. Imagine THAT selling point...
Something nobody else offers, which ALSO boosts confidence = winner.
This is how email/SMS tracking SHOULD be done!
